Elden Street Players opens this season with another bang… literally.
From the production team and playwright that brought us the plot-twisting
hilarity of Accomplice last fall, comes a brand new play
sure to give the audience another thrill.
ESP has acquired special permission from the playwright, Rupert Holmes,
to produce the regional premiere of his latest thriller, Thumbs.
The small ski-country town of Barnstock, Vermont is being stalked by a
serial killer with a penchant for removing the victim’s thumbs. ESP
audiences are in for another hilarious thrill ride… be sure to get your
reservations early.

About the director:
Todd C. Huse has been working with ESP since 1996 when he first accepted a
role as “the boy next door” in our production of Death of a Salesman.
Since then he has been on the ESP stage in Hamlet (Hamlet), The
Grapes of Wrath (Tom Joad), The Runner Stumbles (Fr. Rivard) and
ART (Serge), but he may be most recognizable for his directing
work. Successful productions of The Who’s Tommy, The Rocky
Horror Show and Accomplice, to name a few, have played to
sell-out crowds, extended runs, critical acclaim and handfuls of nominations
and awards for ESP. Todd is the current President of Elden Street
Players and has been appointed Artistic Director beginning with the
2005-2006 season.
Performances: October 22 through November 13, 2004
